Axis 1. Interaction

Interactions & Biological Processes from Molecules to Populations

This axis focuses on simple and multiple interactions at different scales, from the cellular level to populations. Multi-stress disturbances, at local and global scales, are included within this axis.

Axis 2. Functioning

Structure, Functioning & the Macroecology of Communities

This axis investigates the evolution of communities in response to global change with respect to their resilience and their capacity to adapt.

Axis 3. Socio-Ecosystems

Resources, Services, Uses & Conservation

This axis focuses on the study of traditional and contemporary governance of the environment, its historical dimensions, the knowledge of local communities from an ethnoscientific perspective, the geo-spatialisation of uses and resources (land-sea), and the vulnerability of the coral socio-ecosystem from its anthropic pressures.
